[vorbis-dev] open bugs in debian bts

Here is a list of current open bugs in debian bts, some of these bugs
are probably fixed but I do not know how to test for them properly (like
UTF-8) and others may not be important enough to hold up 1.0.

130816 - WAV device doesn't print error when device is full
150220 - Doesn't open OSS devices with O_NONBLOCK all the time

vorbis-tools

128521 - Memory leak in ogg123
136667 - oggenc dies with Floating Point Exception

101946 - return values aren't usable
136675 - Please extend ogginfo to allow format specification
139628 - Does not support UTF-8 comments
148748 - faster ogg processing
150035 - manpage is missing content
