| Yes. If you want to use the encode_ctls, you must split out mode setup as
| such:
| 
|  1) vorbis_encode_setup_vbr or vorbis_encode_setup_managed
|  2) any ctls you want to call
|  3) vorbis_encode_setup_init

Thanx Michael, it works now! Could you explain me, what exactly  the impulse_noisetune setting is good for? I want to know whether it is worth making this available for altering.
