[vorbis-dev] Building Ogg on OS X

I hope this isn't a FAQ, but I'm trying to build Ogg Vorbins on OS X as
part of our port of Candy Cruncher to the Mac. The problem is the
"#ifdef hell" -- I'm not sure which one it should think OS X. It's
failing the #if macintosh, so it looks for <ogg/config_types.h>, which
doesn't work.

I imagine this is a simple workaround involving a #define somewhere, but
before I brazenly start mucking about with it, I figured I'd ask first
=)

Thanks,

Brian
