[vorbis-dev] Building Ogg on OS X

there's a pb project in there for mac os x.

iirc Ogg.framework builds fine, but you need to add -D__MACOSX__ to the 
Vorbis project and that will catch a valid #define.  also, vorbisfile 
and vorbisenc are all lumped in with vorbis.
