[vorbis-dev] OggDrop enhancements

Hello, FYI...

Fixed slider stability problem.

Added updatable text field for quality setting
 which tracks slider and accepts carriage return to
 accept value and dismiss
 dialog.
 
Add "show nominal bitrate" option for quality-based
 encoding to show the nominal bitrate of last 
 file which was encoded.

Enhanced the file progress bar to indicate the current
 file name on the encoding queue.

Added John Edwards' patch to make the bitrate mode
work again.
