[vorbis-dev] can you send me source code of ogg vorbis?

First, happy new year.
I introduce myself . My name is seix park 
You can call me seix. Hear is korea.
I want to sturdy  ogg vorbis, so I find xiphophorus site using yahoo.
And I get some SDK code. but this source be made librariesed.
So, it hard to understand with me.  Can i get the c source of ogg 
vorbis(not libraries) and specification?  I hope  that you presented me with
some.
