[vorbis-dev] Raw driver for libao

It's never truly too late in an absolute sense.  It's too late for
beta 4, but not to late for the meantime or later releases.  There's
possibly a reason the libao maintainers didn't take the patch,
although I don;t think they mentioned a reason on the list.

If you just want to output raw bytes, libao isn't even
necessary... but I don't know how ogg123 is structured internally.
