[vorbis-dev] audio/vorbis media type registration pt 2

The Internet Draft for audio/vorbis now appears in the Internet Drafts
directory at IETF along with the revised application/ogg draft and Jack's
draft for audio/vorbis over RTP. The main change I have done in
audio/vorbis is to specify RTP as an alternate transport wrapper to the
Ogg Bitstream.

The next step would be to have Jack reference audio/vorbis in the RTP
