[vorbis-dev] vorbis-tools build problems

Oops. I'll fix that (it's just a warning though, not fatal).

Blame automake. Or something. I have no idea why this doesn't work (I can
confirm that it doesn't, though, on at least one of my systems). Hopefully
someone a bit more knowledgable than I about automake will know why it's
screwing up.
