Which is why we didn't start producing shared libraries (publically,
anyway) for any platforms until the API for 1.0 wasn't going to change.
That happened a while ago.

There will still be additions, and many internal changes, but none of
the publically-used structures (things like ogg_page, vorbis_comment,
etc.) are going to change, and existing functions aren't going to be
changed/removed.
