[vorbis-dev] Occasional noise while decompressing.

Nope, can't think of what would cause it.  It seems unlikely to be
vorbisfile, but if you track down the problem enough to point a finger
at the vorbis libs, I'll be happy to help spend some time debugging it
with you...
