[vorbis-dev] Problems compiling vorbis.lib in MS Land

the vorbis_vc6 directory is obsolete.  i'll delete it.  you can build
vorbis from the vorbis/win32 direction.

you can buid everything for win32 by doing:

cd \src
cvs get ogg
cvs get vorbis
cvs get win32sdk
cd win32sdk
makesdk

jack.
