[vorbis-dev] Compile error

What's the general heath of Win32 support?

I'm considering building support of OOG into CDMaster32
(http://www.zittware.com/cdmaster32.html) but if OOG isn't ready for
Win32... I should hold of.

Comments / suggestions?
