[vorbis-dev] Compile error

Speaking of building stuff....is there some quick way to get stuff compiled
in win32?  I installed DJGPP and SEAL, and attempted to build libvorbis.a
and vorbisfile.a so I can build a winamp dll, but it miserably failed...
