I don't know but if doable or not, but even if it were I think that  
you're missing the point: The goal of Vorbis and Theora is to provide  
audio and video codecs that are not patent encumbered. Mixing them  
with codecs that /are/ patent encumbered seems to defeat the whole  
purpose of this project because a patent license would then be needed  
to legally encode and decode your stream. (At least in countries that  
consider software patents valid.)
