[theora] Is Cortado dead?

Support for the <video> element will almost certainly not be in
Firefox 3. There are many reasons for this. Some of which include:

- The work to implement the <video> specification is not yet complete.
I don't want to provide an incomplete implementation of the
specification and have users have to do version checking, etc to
detect what parts of the spec are implemented between browsers.
- Parts of the specification are not yet complete and still under
discussion (most noticeably the codec issue)

An implementation of <video> will likely be in a release after that.
What specific version I don't know. If you have any questions
regarding the support for <video> feel free to send them my way and
I'll do my best to answer them.
