I'd say that is the only issue pending and, as you certainly know,
it's going nowhere anytime soon, since apparently nobody wants to pull
money towards a patent search in Theora, and its rivals (if one may
call them that) are having a field day using that as an excuse to put
it down. And of course no one sensible thinks that the alternative of
using video technologies from the dawn of the eighties is a good idea.
You may notice however that that did not stop Apple from implementing
<video> on their WebKit. Opera has made a commitment to support
Theora (bless you, Mr Håkon), and at some point so did Mozilla. Now
it seems Firefox will fall behind its competitors, which is bad for
both our sides if I have to state the obvious.
Oh well.
