[theora] Using Theora

Hi,

Either install the Direct Show filters[1] or VLC[2].  If you do the
former, Windows Media Player will play Theora just fine.  If you do
the latter, you are using a different player than you're probably used
to, but you may like it.

Then, all you have to do is locate some videos to play[3].

To make your own, get ffmpeg2theora[4].
