Oggcodecs release 0.81.15562

Oggcodecs is a set of DirectShow filters for playing Ogg Vorbis, Speex,
Theora and FLAC files in Windows Media Player and other players.

This release adds support for Windows Vista and x64 Windows Versions.
Support for Windows 95, 98, Me was dropped. This version was tested on
Windows XP (32bit, x64) and Windows Vista (32bit, x64)

Updated codecs to the latest versions, notably Theora to version 1.0,
and FLAC to version 1.2.1.
