[theora] Using Theora

It depends on what you want to do. If you just want to watch theora videos the 
best solution is probably to download the VLC Media Player from 
http://www.videolan.org/ and install it on your PC. It can play theora-videos 
and almost every format you can imagine. You could also install Oggcodecs to 
play theora videos with the Windows Media Player but imho VLC is way better 
than that.

Don't worry, VLC runs on Vista and Oggcodecs support it as well. Also there's 
no danger that your PC might explode or anything like that ;-) . Worst thing 
that could happen ist that playing theora videos doesn't work for some 
reason. (And in this case we are here to help you)
