[theora] Extension .v+ogg does work

whenever someone brings up the extension thing.

I somehow missed this in the log, but this sounds very much like Monty's 
way of saying "no" politely.

Just use .ogg and look in the file if you need to separate by content. 
Wikipedia is sophisticated enough it can deal with non-extension based 
file typing.
