Ralph knows me well, but I was being half-silly.  I really dislike
this argument and am sick of having it.  For that reason, I declared I
was giving up arguing my point and suggested the craziest extention I
could think of that people might take seriously.

But really, if the whole point is to distinguish video (plus autdio)
for audio (with no video), why not just use .video and .audio?   Or
.ogg.audio and .ogg.video... it's the last dot that counts for
windows, and you still have a descriptor for 'Humans', whatever those
are.

Or .oggvideo.  Really, so long as it's not yet another overloaded
dot-three I couldn't care less.
