[theora] Updated Vorbis & Theora plugins available for Helix & RealPlayer 10

Hi all,

I just wanted to let people know that new plugins are available for 
RealPlayer 10 and the Helix Player for Linux. This update fixes various
seek related problems and loss of lip-sync.

The Linux plugins come with the Helix Player which can be downloaded at
https://player.helixcommunity.org/2004/downloads/

Please give them a try and post any questions or problems you may have to
