[theora] Quicktime Vs Windows encoding with VP3

Win2k Pro is Windows 2000 Professional.

I am setting the codec to exactly the same whether in .avi or .mov
using auto keyframes.

p.s. I dont know how to tell you this but the OggVorbis codec was used 
instead of lame-mp3 and the .avi file size (as below) went to 25Mb

p.p.s. why does QT encoding take longer than .avi and not just with this 
codec even DV.
