[theora-dev] Time for a new theora release

Each release has a name. 1.1 was Thunar, and actually, it's my mistake. 
1.2 is already named "ptlarbvorm". It still hasn't been released!

"Eyjafjallajökull" is for 1.3, so I guess we've still got time for that 
one...

P.S. This name is tongue-in-cheek. It's from a comment I made on IRC 
over 10 years ago. Please don't take me so seriously. :-p
