[theora-dev] Time for a new theora release

Thanks.  I hope you and a lot of others can help test it before
Saturday, to reduce the amount of surprising mistakes included in this
new release.

I assume you are talking about the value of OC_VENDOR_STRING in
lib/internal.h?  I see no git history of different nameas used in this,
and I find it very confusing that this name is not mentioned in
CHANGES.  What earlier names have been used and where are they listed?
Note, I have no opinion whatsoever on release naming.
