It was long ago, but hasn't been for some time.

Jack, a question: given that I had detailed knowledge of the code (at
least once) having done initial import, it is probably a good idea for
me to spend some time on looking Theora over pre-beta just to be sure.
Can I pull a day or two away from OggFile for that?  I think it's the
more sensible use of time right now.
