I'd welcome the review, but note that this also means we're stuck 
supporting the interleaving scheme the theora example_encoder produces 
after friday. So you've got 3 days to change your mind on that point.

(encoder_example uses end-time granulepos and sorts pages linearly by 
time-equivalent)
