The target for alpha two is 'mid june' aka the end of this week.
http://wiki.xiph.org/TheoraTodo has been updated. Basically there are
two bits left on the list: derf's api and re-entrancy cleanup of dan's
table-packing patch, and implementing the frame crop in the example
player.
The rough concensus at the meeting was that we need to keep the feature
list for alpha 2 frozen and just do a release asap since it's been so
long. If we decide we need any additional bitstream changes (and don't
want to be backward compatible) we will do an alpha 3. I think this
still holds.
