Hi *,

our research group might very intrested in the Theora codec. Our area is 
adaptation and scalability.

Are there some documents we can read about the codec? What are the future 
plans? Is it possible to realize stream switching (are there switching 
frames)? Does Theora provide scalbility options (temporal -> frame dropping, 
spatial, snr (like fgs))?
