[Speex-dev] X-Lite Speex Payload

[Software Engineer]

X-Lite sends 75 bytes of payload data in mode 5 (11kbit/s). Other clients send a payload of 38 bytes in the same mode.
 
How do you decode a payload size of 75 (40ms) ???
 
Do you chop the payload in to two segments ?
