[Speex-dev] VAD speex 1.2rc1

Hi Jean-Marc,

I'm using the VAD algorithm from the speex 1.2rc1 and there
is a a warning message: "The VAD has been replaced by a hack
pending a complete rewrite".

My question is: Is VAD working in this version or it is
broken ? Can I just use it and ignore the warning ?
