[Speex-dev] maximum number of buffers in the speex jitter buffer

Hi All,

The maximum number of buffers in the speex jitter buffer seems to be 200. Is
there a away to change it programatically? Also, is there a reason for
picking that number? 200 buffers probably means more than 1 sec of
buffering, if I am not mistaken.
