Tobias,
You may be beyond this point already, but this post might be useful:
http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/speex-dev/2008-August/006853.html
This refers to another post with patches to nb_celp.c and modes.c which
remove references to the deleted tables (based on advice from Jean-Marc long
ago). There is also a patch to the project file (TI DSP) which indicates
what files can be deleted. Note that these patches were made for 8000 bps
operation.
Regards,
Jim Crichton

Hi Jean-Marc,
I have just discovered the post of Vit Kanevsky and I have
already sent him a message.
I'm currently evaluating the work of stripping stuff on
the win32 platform(nicer workflow ;-) and noticed that
I could not just leave out the exc_*_table.c files without
getting compiler/linker warning, but possibly I made a
mistake there.
Is my assumption correct that I just need the exc_10_16_table.c
for my 6000 bps?
Best regards,
Tobias
