[Speex-dev] background noise of speex decode wav

hi, 
I have some male voice that I would like to encode with speex
I build speex 1.2rc1 with FIXPOINT flag
 
 
The commnad I use is below  
C:\TestProj\speex-1.2beta3-win32\bin>C:\TestProj\speex-1.2rc1\speex-1.2rc1\win32\VS2008\Debug\speexenc.exe -w --abr 12000  --denoise 100001.wav 1.sp
 
C:\TestProj\speex-1.2beta3-win32\bin>C:\TestProj\speex-1.2rc1\speex-1.2rc1\win32\VS2008\Debug\speexdec.exe 1.sp 1.wav
 
but I can hear background noise in 1.wav 
 
Can anyone give some advice? 
I can share the wave file if needed.
