[Speex-dev] Speex for Windows Mobile

Hi,
I am trying to develop a VOIP application for Windows Mobile in C#.Net.
In which I want to use speex .
In this project I face 2 problems.
1. How to access voice data of Windows Mobile
2.  Use of speex codec.
Plz give me some info on this.
