[Speex-dev] Speex on ARM

Last time I tried that, I had a slow (per cycle) ARM7TDMI and the
minimum to run just the codec was ~90 MHz. Speex has improved since
then, but even then I wouldn't expect it to work below ~60 MHz (unless
the core is faster per-clock than the one I had). Considering you also
want AEC and noise suppression, I doubt a 55 MHz chip will do.
