[Speex-dev] urgent help on symbian

Hi Ashar,

I haven't been building on symbian for a while, perhaps someone else can
help. It may simply be that some recently added routines haven't been
placed within FLOAT or FIXED_POINT #defines; ie. that floating point
code is being built even though FIXED_POINT is defined in config.h.
