[Speex-dev] echo canceller issue with sudden burst of sound

I guess echo cancellers in general tend not to like tones, but otherwise
I don't see why the recent svn would be worse. Could you try pinpointing
when things went wrong. Also, it would be useful if you can provide an
example that reproduces the problem with testecho.c.
