[Speex-dev] High CPU usage near end of file using AudioVideoPlayback

Hi.  I'm currently having some issues with 100% CPU utilization while using
speex-ogg files.  I am encoding .wav files using speexenc.exe with vbr and
dtx on, complexity 0, quality 2, narrowband mode.  When playing them in a
player that was written using the Microsoft AudioVideoPlayback library and
the Illiminable DirectShow filters, CPU usage spikes to 100% in the last
40-50 seconds of the file, regardless of file length.  This happens
regardless of whether the audio is playing or paused.  Any suggestions?
