[Speex-dev] problem in speex code

hi ahmed, if you using speex lib it is accoding version you use. i know that
the last stable version is 1.0.5 and the unstable one is 1.1.12. where
windows binaries available only for 1.0.4 that i used. and also you must
know than you need ogg files to use it. you can download it from
vorbis site<http://xiph.org/downloads/>.
and i have another good alternative you can use. is speex ACM
codec<http://www.republika.pl/roed/speexw/>.
it is good and use to use as many ACM codecs, using only few APIs.
