[Speex-dev] svn sb_celp.c memory leak

   Hi folks,

Don't know if this has already been tagged. If so, please ignore.

It turns out that speex_encoder_destroy and speex_decoder_destroy in the 
repository version of sb_celp.c are not freeing st->low_innov. In my particular 
usage case, this was causing a 640 byte leak in each.
