[Speex-dev] [PATCH] skeleton support for speexenc and speexdec

Hi Tahseen,

I've been looking at your patch and the compiler complains that ret is
used uninitialized at speexenc.c:708
Could you confirm if that's indeed an error (looks like it to me)?
