[Speex-dev] error in abld build wins udeb

Sorry, I thought you could understand. Most of errors are write in
english...
By the way,

-"non è riconosciuto come comando interno o esterno, un programma eseguibile
o un file batch." means something like "it is not an internal or exernal
command, an executable or a batch file"
- "Impossibile trovare il file specificato." means "cannot find file"
