[Speex-dev] fixed point on WinCE?

It seems that Microsoft Visual Studio 8 has some serious issues with
some of the syntax in pseudofloat.h - is there a compiler switch that
anyone knows of to make it happy? I've almost finished patching it to
work, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
