[Speex-dev] VoIP over GPRS

Hi,
 
is anyone out there, who has experience in the technical solution of VoIP  
over GPRS using Speex Codecs? Does it work? How does it work? Are there any  
"commercial" examples, e.g. some operator offering?
 
Any info / contacts would be great,
