[Speex-dev] problem

Dear speex developer,

I have a problem:
I use SPEEXENC on my mono 8bit 8000 Khz Wav - works OK
When decrypt using SPEEXDEC it's impossible decrypt to
8bit, the only way is 16bit.
                        
Is there any help?
