[Speex-dev] problem with ARMV4 release build

dear
i try to use your arm version speex but it's decoding
process was not work correctly . i have raw speech
file and encode it to other file in pocket pc   then
decode this file in pocket pc and desktop pc . this
work in desktop pc was work correctly and not work
correctly in pocket pc . i think decoding methods in 
your arm version lib file was not work correctly . 
please help me .
