[Speex-dev] Port speex to my CE

Hi
I've Ported speex to my smartphone 2003. It can work. I can listen my speech, but it listen discontinuousness in my mobile telephone. But it works ok in pc windows(window 2000) and emulator. I think, it probability my mobile telephone's cpu is not enough. Then I replace the lib with speex-1.1.7. Use speex_decode_int() and speex_encode_int(), but it no useing. How can I make out the speech listen comfortable and uninterrupted.
