Hi,
I honestly have no idea what the sw and Xiph "versions" are. It's still
the same codec, same quality and (approximately) same bit-rate. The only
difference is probably in the way the frames are packed and/or the way
the negotiation is made. The modes that have "Narrow" in them are of
course narrowband.
